OUR VALUES

Dream Children’s Ministry – Uganda is our focus on providing restoration, care and encouragement to impoverished and downtrodden children. This ministry relies materially on the servant call and generosity of all Believers to take care of the weak and the fatherless (Psalm 82:3, James 1:27, Isaiah 1:17).
Faithful and Reliable Relationships change lives and people for the better.
Authenticity recognizes that our identity in Christ is what defines us.  It establishes our skills, our limitations and our credibility to serve others (Galatians 2:20).
Partnership reflects our belief in the value of community and allows us to combine resources to better serve a needy world (1 Corinthians 12:20).
Integrity is essential as we use funds and resources entrusted to us for this work (Proverbs 10:9).
We of Dream Children’s Ministry – Uganda focus on promoting positive outcomes for children demonstrating integrity, openness, and honesty respect for individuals.
Christianity We concede to one God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit through Christ Jesus the love, mercy and grace of God made known to us and we maintain our Christian identity while being sensitive to the diverse perspectives accordingly as we convey this identity. We introduce the orphaned children to their loving Heavenly Father by giving them the opportunity to learn about Jesus and develop a lifelong personal relationship with God without coercion.
Child Welfare – We look after orphans in their distress through the provision of basic levels of nurturance and care. We believe an informed and transformed society will without doubt change the environments of children.
Gender and diversity– We care for and love needy children regardless of their gender or religion just as Jesus commanded.
Children’s rights – In coalition with children and human rights advocates we uphold lawful rights respectively. We work holistically with individual children to address their social, spiritual and physical needs.
